NZ slightly up in broadband ranks

Although it remains a poor result, New Zealand has improved slightly in a recent survey sponsored by Cisco and prepared by Oxford University and University of Oveido.

Compiling results across 66 countries, New Zealand moved up to 35th (from 37th), whilst Australia dropped 4 places to 32nd, 1 ranking place behind the United Kingdom.

Top of the ranks were South Korea and Japan, with many Eastern European countries taking prime positions in the top 20.
