SmartPay has announced its acquisition of the payments division of ProvencoCadmus, one of New Zealand's largest EFTPOS providers, placed in receivership this month.  The purchase includes all of ProvencoCadmus’ New Zealand and Australian payments operations, transactional business and all intellectual property relating to payments.  The deal makes SmartPay the largest EFTPOS supplier in New Zealand.

NATCOM is SmartPay's 6th-largest shareholder.  We look forward to the continued growth and success of the SmartPay business.
