Last Wednesday, NBR posted a news story detailing a secret interconnection deal ordered by former Labour Minister of Communications, David Cunliffe, between Vodafone New Zealand and recently launch mobile operator 2 Degrees.

The Commerce Commission has ordered NBR to take its story offline claiming that it may be in breach of Section 100 of the Commerce Act.
